Aloo Paneer Masala is an aromatic and savory dish. It is a main course delicacy that can be offered during lunch or dinner. Paneer is the prime ingredient that offers an excellent level of protein, calcium and iron. On the other hand, Aloo is rich storehouse of carbohydrates, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C, magnesium and potassium.

Ingredients: 1 cup paneer cubes, 2 large potatoes, 1 half capsicum chopped, ¾ tbsp red chili powder, ¾ tbsp. garam masala, ½ tbsp. ginger garlic paste, 1 sprig curry leaves, ½ tbsp. cumin seeds, oil and salt.
Steps:
1. Firstly, chop the potatoes into tiny cubes and let them rest in water.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin along with ginger garlic paste. Fry it well.
3. To this add potatoes and turmeric. Fry the content for 2-3 minutes. Cover the pan and cook until the potatoes grow tender.
4. Next step is to add paneer, capsicum, garam masala and salt. Fry it for a minute and add red chili powder.
This is a simple recipe which should be tried right away.
