Dahi Kakharu is a very healthy sweet dish for your kid. In case your little one loves sweet things to taste, this is totally appropriate alongside any meal.

Ingredients to make Dahi Kakharu:
400 gm pumpkin, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 cups dahi, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 3 pc green chiles, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 10 curry leaves, salt
Steps to make Dahi Kakharu:
1. Peel the pumpkin and slice it and the chiles and keep it with the curry leaves.
2. Boil water and add pumpkin and salt.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add urad dal, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, and fry.
4. Add chiles, curry leaves, and fry. Add the boiled pumpkin slices and mix. Cover the pan and cook.
Add dahi after it cools. Serve to your child.
