Frozen Mango Yoghurt is rich in nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and proteins which help your kid to grow and remain healthy. It often serves as the perfect dessert item after a filling meal.

10 ounce frozen mango chunks, 1 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp sugar, pinch of saffron strands, 2 tsp cardamom powder
1. Place the mango, yogurt, and sugar into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Add cardamom powder and freeze for 30 minutes before scooping and serving.
3. Alternatively, pour into your ice cream maker until frozen.
