Using agar agar powder in Lychee Jellies is a great idea as your kid will quite a bit more bite to it and also because they can come out of the moulds with ease and still hold its shape. Lychee composes of good amounts of dietary fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants.

2½ cups lychee syrup, 1½ tsp. agar agar powder, a can of lychees, strained
1. Combine lychee syrup and agar agar powder in a pan and heat over medium heat until agar agar is completely dissolved.
2. Place a lychee into the jelly moulds, then fill the jelly moulds with mixture till the top.
3. Cool down and place the moulds in the fridge for an hour or until set completely. Take from the fridge and push the jellies out of the moulds.
Serve the jellies in a bowl to your child to enjoy a soothing cool effect.
