This is a sweet dish from the land of Himachal Pradesh. It is heavy and healthy and perfect for the sweet tooth of your little one. It is a milk dessert full of nutrients, which is very good for your child. It is easy to make and extremely delicious to eat.

1½ liters milk, ½ cup raisins, ½ cup cashew nuts, ½ cup almonds, 1 dried coconut, cut in ½ inch slices, 300 grams paneer/cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon ghee, 5 cardamoms crushed, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds / saunf, 8 tablespoons sugar
1. Take a pan and add ghee to it, once warm add fennel seeds and cardamom and then stir fry for a minute.
2. Also, roast almonds, cashew nuts, and coconut, and sauté them till they are slightly golden brown.Add milk to the pan and bring it to boil and then simmer till the quantity is reduced to half and the milk turns slightly golden brown.
3. Now add sugar and paneer to it and once it starts boiling, switch off the gas.
Your Mitha Madra is ready to be served hot or cold.
