A famous Andhra snack recipe- Punugulu; is great to serve at your child's playdate or birthday party. If you have left over idli or dosa batter, you can prepare the Punugulu in no time. It is loaded with proteins.

2 cups idli or dosa batter, 2 tbsp poha, salt, 1 green chilli, 1 large onion chopped, ½ tsp cumin, coriander leaves, salt, oil
1. Take 2 cups idli or dosa batter, add poha, onion, cumin, green chilli, coriander leaves. Add salt if required. Check if water is required.
2. Mix well. Heat oil in a skillet. Take small portions of batter and drop in oil.
3. Fry them till turn crisp and golden brown from outside.
Serve them with your child's favourite chutney.
