Til Rewari (sugar) is a very healthy dish, rich in calcium, which is good for your kid's bones.

1½ cups sugar, 3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup corn syrup, 1 tbsp kewra essence, 1 tsp eliachi powder, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup sesame seeds or white til, 1 tbsp ghee, 1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds
1. Combine water and sugar. Add eliachi powder. Bring it to boil.
2. Add 1tsp of lemon juice.
3. Add kewra essence and cook.
4. Add sugar. Lower the flame and add roasted sesame seeds.
5. Cook for 2 minutes, then keep stirring after removing from flame.
6. Grease your hands with ghee and roll sesame balls from the dough.
This sweet dish will be loved by your little one.
